Ergonomics and cleaning are very dull topics, I apologise in advance.

A pot of coffee consumed after five p.m. and the need to improve the ergonomics of my work space have lead me to cleaning my closet, recycling ten pounds of paper and plastic and moving my filing cabinet. I will now begin the Great Desk Lowering of Twenty Eleven.

According to may experts, it is very important for your typing surface to be slightly higher than your lap. I have always found a much high typing surface effective for those times when I need to pull out the legal pad to brainstorm and diagram, but I have started noticing more strain on my body from sitting and working for extended hours. Getting older is terrible, kids, avoid it at all costs.

Hopefully I don’t accidentally drop my desk on myself.
